DEFA E-Mobility Leads Connected Charging
The established and long-term global market leader in the production of electric car heating has acquired a number of companies working with digital services and electric car charging products, establishing itself as the stakeholder with the largest installed base and the largest number of connected electric car customers in the Nordic region. The company in a strong position from a global perspective as well.
DEFA is one of the most prestigious manufacturers of car heating and battery chargers for cars and boats, alarms, digital driving logs, LED lighting in properties and IoT solutions for smart homes. A high rate of innovation in the field of holistic digital solutions for vehicles, properties and industry has formed part of the DEFA strategy in the 21st century, based on a foundation of quality, reliability and robust products.

Following the acquisition of Norwegian market dominator SALTO Ladestasjoner AS and the Gothenburg-based digital CloudCharge AB, which offers payment solutions and operator services, Charlotte Eisner is now being recruited to the role of Global Sales & Market Director and Anna Fägersten is taking over as Marketing Communication & PR Manager in order to establish and develop DEFA e-mobility in both new and existing markets. Charlotte previously built up Swedish charging technology company Charge Amps as its CEO between 2014 and 2017. Anna's previous position was as Head of Marketing at Charge Amps.
